Her steps to a healthier lifestyle
Keep a food journal. Think of it as gathering information. On one column, write everything you eat, on the next column, write down how you feel eating those things.
Track macros (Carb, Protein, Fat %’s) and experiment to find your magic combo.
Meal Prep aka Meal Create. Have food readily available so you can resist hasty decisions. You want to set yourself up for success.
