This shorter episode of the Current Plays Podcast sees our, studious hosts Jordan and Thomas, discuss our first IP game, Red Rising, based on the novels by Pierce Brown, and published by Stonemaier games. Our Other Plays segment focuses on our past and present favourite war games, Hordes and Warhammer 40K. We also talk about how modelling and air brushing fit into those hobbies. However, we kick it all off with a taste of the Reiner Knizia game, Lost Cities.
The majority of this episode is spoiler free for the book series, but at the end of the show we do discuss some of the story and how the overarching themes are reflected in the board game.
