I'm not an athlete, in fact, I didn't enjoy gym class and becoming a Personal Trainer, Fitness & Pilates Instructor etc. was the last thing anyone would have thought I would have done when I was growing up.

 

But I am an athlete of life - I want to walk up & down stairs with ease for example and enjoy moving about my day feeling strong.
