It's 4:07 on a Tuesday and my mind wants food - mostly some sort of quick pick me up in the form of sugar!!!  Once upon a time I would have eaten without questioning but now- this is not in alignment with my goals.  Yes, I do still eat at this time somedays - I'm human and I'm not about perfection - but I am better equipped with different strategies that I can now implement and that is what I am sharing with you today.
