2020 was absolutely brutal for everyone. A worldwide pandemic, political strife, constant anxiety for ourselves and our loved ones. And the music that usually brings us some calm in these storms? Our favorite tours were cancelled, new albums were pushed back indefinitely, local bands called it quits. The world of music feels lonely, uneasy, and confusing.
However, some artists were able to push through the devastation and deliver some solace to an otherwise painful year and for that, they deserve some recognition and many thanks.
