Edwin D. Epperson III manages and owns several businesses dealing with real estate lending, real estate consulting and education, and crypto investing. He served over a decade of honorable service to our country as a Special Forces Green Beret on a Combat Dive Team. He honed his leadership skills while deployed to over 7 combat deployments overseas. His commitment to integrity in all he does and his transparency has made him a reliable source of insight and guidance for many investors. Throughout his real estate lending career of 8 years, he has made over 120 loans, loaned out over $20M of his and his capital partners money, and created a private lending educational course that walks any person through the steps in how to make safer and risk mitigated loans, regardless of the amount they have to lend. Edwin resides in Tampa, FL with his wife of 7 yrs, Carolina Epperson. He is first a follower of Jesus, Husband, Father, and business owner in that order. He is a faithful member of his church, Grace Family Church, and serves in the marriage ministry.
