Michelle is an award-winning instructor, key-note speaker and mindfulness coach, based in Toronto.  Since 2013, she has been helping people connect to their mind, body, and breath in a warm and witty way. She loves teaching her students the power of the present moment and how to connect to both the head and the heart. Her passion lives in creating human connectedness through mindfulness, meditation and movement. She teaches workshops and speaks internationally on this topic.
