In this video I had the pleasure of interviewing Pascal Bergeron, the CEO of ALF Boss, Board Member of the Florida Assisted Living Association (FALA) and chairman of a 114 bed assisted living community in South Florida.
In addition to these roles, Pascal runs and manages and extremely active Facebook Group called “FL ALF Boss Administrators/Staff Group” with almost 3,000 members to date.
Pascal is extremely passionate about assisted living and helps thousands of others along their senior living journey.
