I decided to recommit to Morning Meltdown 100. For those who don't know it's 100 workouts to be done in 100 consecutive days. Each workout is 20 to 30 minutes a day and I'm excited to do it all over again. I first completed this program in 2019 and it was the first thing I ever committed to during my weight loss journey and actually stuck with. With my hip injury I'll be modifying along the way but modifying doesn't mean easier! Happy Monday friends 🙌
