We were taught to believe if we worked twice as hard, if we kept our heads down, if we obeyed the law, we would have the same opportunities and that we’d finally be seen as more than “3/5ths” human. However, decades later and even though we are now well educated we are still nauseated by racism that should have been long eradicated. Rianne is joined by Chandler and Devante who detail a time when they victims of police brutality whilst being wrongfully arrested and taken into custody.
