El Zargento welcomed Captain Carlos Sanchez. Carlos is from Puebla Mexico and currently lives in the bay area. He is not only a Mexico soccer fan but also an avid Rugby fan. He shared his passion for both sports and how his goal is to build bridges in his community. The P**o chant continues to hurt our community and our sport.
