Happy Thanksgiving!

It's that time of year when we joke about how much food we'll eat and we scour websites for special Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals. We also manage to throw in a bit of "thanks" too.

The truth is, we ought to focus on gratitude all yearlong because it is a practice that is good for our health and wellbeing.

In this week's episode I share research around the benefits of gratitude, ways that you can incorporate it into your life, and some of the reasons I've been grateful over the past year.
