Many of us Gen X women were not nurtured or strongly encouraged as girls to break through the glass ceiling or demand a seat at the table. Yet many of us are doing just that and want to do as much as we can to make it easier for the young women who follow.
My guest this week is Tara Macciocco, a woman who is poised to instill confidence in young women (and young men) as a college basketball coach and instructor.
