No matter what holiday you celebrate, there's one thing I think we can all agree upon; she probably doesn't need another candle! I don't want to dim the light on any candle lovers or candle makers out there (I know lovely women who make amazing candles) but it's become a bit of a trope for women to regift candles because they've received so many through the years.

This week my guest Gabby Lynn and I are talking about implementing more sustainable gift-giving practices this holiday season. Gabby, who practices what she preaches all year round and has even made a business out of reinventing (hence the name of her business: Reinvented Threads), shares some of her practices. Learn about ecofriendly alternatives to wrapping paper & gift bags and gain ideas for gift-giving that doesn't add to our landfills.

Read about Furoshiki, the Japanese art that offers a sustainable way to wrap your presents this holiday season. Furoshiki is a type of traditional Japanese wrapping cloth traditionally used to transport clothes, gifts, or other goods. Materials used are typically silk and cotton – very eco-friendly!
