“Humor was another of the soul's weapons in the fight for self-preservation.”

These are the words of Viktor Frankl, psychologist, Nazi concentration camp survivor and author of "Man's Search for Meaning."

Whenever I spill coffee on myself, run late after being stuck in traffic, forget to make a bill payment, etc. I try my best to think of him (after cursing a bit) and look for the humor in my situation. If he could find it, I sure can!

This week I talk with my friend and serial guest Gab Bonesso, a Pittsburgh-based comedian, mental health advocate and children's performer about how humor has made her more resilient and how she is spreading positivity in times that can seem dark.

She talks about how she lives in gratitude and is the happiest she's ever been. And she is about to release her latest comedy album with free tracks that will be available on March 30 in honor of World Bipolar Day.

Check out  GabBonessoTeeVee on YouTube for her fun antics and watch for her album soon.
