I am so excited to share the amazing conversations in store for the coming month and beyond.
I kick off August with a rich conversation about sustainable art with AFA Gallery Director Theresa O'Connor which means using less, wasting less, saving money, reinventing trash into treasure, being kind to the Earth.
Theresa is not only the director of a gallery but an artist herself who is putting into practice art that uses less but also helps to heal her mental health--a common practice for many these days.
Theresa and I are collaborating on an upcoming "Create Day" in Scranton on August 10. We'll create from what we cleaned up from the city streets. Try it where you live!
