Welcome to 2023. As you start this new chapter in your life, remember to be kind and gentle with yourself. It's the only way you can truly be kind and compassionate to others, and give the best of yourself. I'll be reminding myself not only daily, but several times a day. And remember, each day is another opportunity to start over!
