Alexis Lynn Rupert, 21, and Neal Rice, 41, are charged in the shooting death of Emmanuel Antonio Tinoco, all parties were involved in the sex trafficking lifestyle. Mr. Tinoco known who used the pimp moniker Casino Life and Mr. Rich is known as Dynasty Angles both knew each other because the were both pimps and had a falling out over a gun according to police reports.
Ms. Rupert was involved with Mr. Rice, but met Mr. Tinoco in Las Vegas once but wasn't aware of the relationship between the two pimps. Her parents gives a better timeline as to how Ms. Rupert met Mr. Rice leading up to the murder of Mr. Tinoco.
