DCU University of Sanctuary student Mehwish Saqib was issued with a deportation order at the end of last month. Her husband & 3 young children are also facing deportation, fleeing 8 years ago from Pakistan after death threats. However, despite initally renting an apartment, ater receiving inadequate legal support, they were forced to enter Direct Provision in Ireland and now face the fear of deporation back to Pakistan.
