Fascist, totalitarian, autocrat, tyrant, dictator, despot, authoritarian, and nazi all mean the same thing - total government control over individuals. This type of leader is required for the economic and governing systems of collectivism, socialism, and communism or marxism. A conservative, even Donald Trump, believes in individual rights and limited government. It is impossible for a conservative to be a fascist.
