Gov. Gavin Newsom in California just declared Monkeypox a health emergency. This is a disease coming from gay men having promiscuousness sex. No one in the USA has died. This is not an emergency. That said, “we are all in this together” and thus everyone should be required to wear a penis mask (condom), even if you don’t have a penis.
