Before 1900 in New York City, horses pooped millions of pounds into the streets every day. The government provided "shovel ready jobs" and thousands removed manure nonstop. If Socialists had been in charge, we would still be shoveling today. Capitalism saved New York then and it will save the planet from climate change today.
