Donald Trump promised to cut Foreign Aid. The deep state has stopped him up to this point. It has become a scandal that he was going to withhold money and military aid to Ukraine. Don’t worry they got the money. Taxpayer tax money flows to over 200 countries, 150 receive military aid. Only 14% goes to humanitarian aid. It is time to change this policy.
