Anjali's son has trouble sleeping and experiences anxiety, but he was never open to meditation....until he decided that a walking meditation might work. Take a listen and join us October 15-31 for the Walking Meditation Challenge.  Take a 15 minute walking meditation every day from October 15-31 and notice the difference in your life!
