In this episode, I get into getting calm- the idea that calm is there for us to tap into at any and every moment, but it might take your creativity to figure out how to do the tapping in. 
I give you some practical tips for keeping the process simple and ideas for getting calming tools in your back pocket. I also take you through a couple of quick calming techniques that I use on a daily basis. So simple anyone can do it and they only take between 1 and 3 minutes to do.
