I’m coming to the end of my 3rd week of sheltering in place or whatever you’re calling it. I’m calling it - HARD. In this episode I want to teach you the amazing journaling technique that I’ve been teaching and using myself for years. I also use this technique in my meditative archery workshops and in the 3 days journaling workshop I offer. It is one of the best tools I’ve found for getting at difficult emotions.
