In this episode of The Empowered Resilient Woman, Host and Mindset & Resilience Coach, Kimberly Smith shares how going through an awakening and waking up to your true self is a catalyst to living a life with less stress overall, and how it specifically helps reduce how we experience and move through stress within relationships.

In your relationships if you’re dealing with stress, conflict, or disconnection, start by getting back in touch with your AUTHENTIC SELF.
Ask yourself:
Where have I adapted myself too much to fit into society?
Where have I adapted myself too much to meet the needs of others?
What has influenced my behavior?
What isn’t meeting my needs or causing me stress? Identify the internal and external stressors for both you and the other person.
What shifts can I make internally? How can I influence the external?
Am I showing up for myself and others in the way I expect others to show up for me?
