Hey there! I've been practicing detachment lately and I wanted to share my journey with you. It all started when I realized how much importance I was giving to my appearance, particularly my hair. While it's not necessarily a bad thing to want to look good, I found myself losing confidence over the slightest imperfections like not having a fresh haircut or having a stain on my shirt.
That's when I decided to start practicing detachment. My ultimate goal is to be able to shave my head down to a zero and fully accept myself for who I am, bald head and all. It's something that used to be one of my biggest fears, but I'm facing this challenge head-on.
Through this journey, I've learned that detachment is about letting go of our attachments to external factors like appearance and embracing our true selves. It's about accepting ourselves as we are and finding inner peace and confidence within ourselves.
So join me on this journey of self-discovery as we learn how to detach ourselves from the things that no longer serve us and embrace our true selves.
