Janine Stephens is a former member of the Canadian National Rowing Team, where she won an Olympic Silver Medal in 2012 as part of the women’s eights rowing team. In 2017, Janine became the head coach for the Manitoba Rowing Association, and in 2019 she was announced as the winner of Rowing Canada's Presidents Award for her dedication to the sport of Rowing.
