As the President and CEO of Business Impact Group (BIG), I utilize my 20+ years of retail experience to propel our organization’s growth and success. Based in the Twin Cities, BIG is a branding agency which specializes in branded products, both employee / consumer engagement programs, and print services. All of these services are results orientated, and battle tested within some of the most recognized midsize to large organizations across North
America. My diverse business background over the last 35 years has equipped me with valuable insights into how to deliver results within today’s business climate. Which today has helped us build BIG into a thriving company exceeding $50 plus million in revenue and growing.
Before founding BIG in 2003, Paul founded Athletic Fitters, a chain of 104 locations spanning across 17 states selling athletic footwear and apparel. As President and CEO of Athletic Fitters, he led the company to becoming the largest privately held athletic specialty chain in the country before selling the concept to Footlocker in 1998.
