Orthopedic Surgeon and Sports Medicine Specialist Dr. Grant H. Garcia (GrantGarciaMD.com) discusses the growing concern over the last few weeks in the NFL of knee injuries, specifically ACL tears, what they are, and what rehab consists of. Could the lack of preseason games and shorten camps have led to more injuries? Dr. Garcia shares his advice from strength training and how to keep your knees strong, turf vs. grass fields, to the ideal versus budget realities in implementing best practices for school athletes. It’s a very informative show that we hope you enjoy.
