The underbelly of HS sports, along with his first hand experience of that growing up and playing football in California. We discuss with him his controversy as a player and how and why colleges shied away from him. The author of "Lessons of the Game" gets into the untold story of HS football and how the student athlete is exploited.
More importantly we discuss the fight that his 18 year old daughter Ze’lee Sparks has gone through and how she has handled her battle with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Her great, positive outlook on life and how she will overcome her bout with Cancer.
