As we transition from the 2020 NFL regular season to the 2021 new year and new NFL season in the tournament all 32 teams are in a form of transition in way, shape or form. The New York Jets, Jacksonville Jaguars, Detroit Lions, Atlanta Falcons, Los Angeles Chargers, and the Houston Texans are all looking for a new head coach to lead their franchises and a general manager to manage the players and coaches. Theres only 6 head coaching jobs available. But the coordinators jobs are open as well on many teams. Can the teams that just made this years tournament escape being fired if they fail in tournament? Either way, change is constant in the NFL, pandemic or not.
