The Staley Era ended with a huge thud for the Chargers in 2023 and now the Harbaugh Era has begun, with a bunch of former Ravens players and some familiar faces gone from Los Angeles. The 2024 draft was good and the Chargers look to take the AFC West from the Chiefs in 2024.
