12 years in now, Matthew Stafford is the leader not only of the Detroit Lions quarterback room but of the entire team, offense, defense and special teams. He'll be trusted with the team yet again in 2020. Suffering broken bones in his back the last 2 years 2019 was his most unfortunate experience. He missed 8 games with the injury. He'll be backed up by another 12 year veteran and former Chicago Bear quarterback in Chase Daniel and the 3rd stringer will be last years rookie David Blough.
