Las Vegas made too many mistakes, mental errors and huge penalties at the wrong times in the game against the Dolphins. It's going to ne a long offseason for the Raiders but they have hope, so do the Phins', the Phins offseason will be even longer if they get swept by the Bills this Sunday in week 17.
