Dwayne Haskins Jr. is in his 2nd year as an NFL quarterback. He has a new head coach as well as a new offense to learn. The team is also dealing with outside drama and issues as they have to change their MASCOT name A.S.A.P.!!!!!!! Alex Smith is a savvy 16 year veteran but missed the entire 2019 season with what appeared to be a career ending broken leg in 2018. If Alex Smith is 100%, and Haskins Jr. doesn't perform at a high level. Haskins Jr. could be traded away this year. If Smith isn't ready I believe Kyle Allen will beat out Haskins Jr. for the head job. Allen was with new H.C. Ron Rivera in Carolina last year. Allen knows the offensive book. The depth chart could go in any order this year. Odd man out is 2020 undrafted rookie quarterback Steven Montez from Colorado University......stay tuned!!!!!
