Description

Today we are joined by Chris Parfitt, who is the Western Australian Weightlifting champion and a CrossFit and Weightlifting coach at The Crossfit Chamber in Perth.  Chris is passionate about his sport and loves to see people progress, get fitter, stronger and drop a little weight.
Chris takes a holistic approach to training, understanding that the best results are achieved by integrating different forms of fitness and taking a healthy approach to nutrition.
