Description

Coffee is a universal drink that brings people together socially. It comes in many forms; steamed, iced, cold brew, drip, mochas, cappuccinos, and lattes to name a few!  Coffee has multiple health benefits ranging from improving cardiovascular health, to lowered risk of Type 2 diabetes to reduction in colorectal cancer risk.  The caffeine in coffee acts as a stimulant, but overconsumption can lead to an impact on sleep.
