Why are we afraid of Anger?
In this episode we will explore why anger is an important feeling/energy to harness.
We will explore a new thinking about aggression and how sometimes "Saying no to someone else is actually saying yes to myself". I share examples from the clinic and workshop of people who are limiting themselves because they are not allowing themselves to be angry.
