This is episode is a brief introduction to the podcast and myself.
"When Leaders Talk" is about leadership and, most importantly leaders. They will tell their stories, experiences, and leadership style. I will interview successful people coming from different environments and leading teams of different sizes, from big enterprises to small companies, to the individual level. We will hear their tales of how they navigate life, how they face challenges and failures, and how they lead their team. We will understand what is important for them, and what makes them strong leaders. These "masters of the sea" will take us onboard their boats to show us how they cross the ocean and reach their destination safely and successfully.
