My 3 tips are:
1-Sleep
The most important and needs to be prioritised. Lacking in sleep means lacking in energy and an increase in hunger, as well as irritability, stress and anxiety.
2- More Movement
We need to focus on daily movement, more than gym workouts. Increase this and you will increase your calorie deficit, which will help with fat loss.
3- Up your protein and veg intake
More protein and veg in each meal will keep you feeling fuller for longer, helping to beat the snacking!
