On todays episode I am interviewing my client Victoria, who has been a client of mine now for nearly 2 years now.

Victoria initially came to me wanting to lose some unwanted body fat, build muscle, gain confidence in the gym, get stronger and have a more stable routine.

We have come a long way since then, we reached those goals and have moved onto more lifestyle coaching rather than so goal focused. We have navigated working abroad regularly, injuries, poor mental health and more. She is also about to take part in her second team photoshoot with me this week.
