On todays episode I chat to you lovely lot about periods, changes in hormones throughout the cycle, how it effects our motivation, our strength in the gym, our hunger and so much more.

I also discuss how perimenopause is a roller coaster our hormones. Sadly they dont decrease in a lovely linear fashion but bounce around and fluctuate, hence one some days we can feel really pretty rubbish and a few days later a lot brighter again. Oh the joys of hormones and being a female.
