On this weeks episode I sit down with Alex aka Rare Candy, an indie folk pop artist from Chicago, and drink some 40s. We start out talking about how Alex got the idea for Rare Candy and the decision to start the project. We dive into his latest release "Nowhere To Go//Get To Know You" and his writing process behind his music. "Nowhere To Go" has this crazy and funky background that hooks you in and drives the whole song, while 'Get To Know You" is almost on the opposite spectrum being this light slight up beat song. Morale of the story two amazing songs. As I mentioned we do drink a couple 40's for this episode, much respect to Alex for challenging me for an episode and teaching me a neat little beer hack.
