If the alligator in the sewers doesn't get you, then the werewolf of Tarker's Mills might! Join us for a look at two films we got to see on the big screen recently thanks to Alamo Drafthouse in Raleigh, NC! First up, we dive deep for a look at Lewis Teague's Alligator, written by John Sayles and starring the late great Robert Forster, from 1980.
Then, we break out The Peace Maker baseball bat and load up with Silver Bullet (1985), a movie Garrett and I covered a while back in a movie commentary episode (Episode 34, Uncle Red's Done Got Another Divorce). Seeing it on the big screen at Alamo was a dream come true, as this was one of the many films we couldn't see on the big screen because it was rated R and we were underage!
We've got a lot of love for these two films, which is why we're thrilled to present this new episode to you, listeners! And check out these movies if you haven't already!!!
