There should never be a specific time when it is ever convenient for you to change your mind, especially when it is only advantageous for the narcissist.
You are stronger than you think you are, and if you are capable of making sane choices and taking healthy decisions for yourself that never harm anyone else, then you are eligible to change your mind whenever you like it, without even having to justify it.
Remeber that you have this right all your life and no one can take it from you even if they think they can.
