Today, I want you to do yourself a favor…

Think about something that makes you happy…

Specifically … I want you to think about something you can do today…

that will make you happy…

… and then do it.

It can be something as simple as going for a walk.

Or, sitting outside by yourself, enjoying a cup of tea, as you listen to the birds.

Whatever it is …

do something today that makes you happy.

You’ll feel so much better afterwards!

Try to accomplish this at least once a week as a way to decompress, so that you can renew and recharge your energies.  

Have a good day now… and do that thing that makes you happy!
