Description

In this episode, I cover the Alpine A110. Developed in the late 1960s and raced throughout the early 1970s, this small but well-designed car would create a change in the rallying world, pushing lightweight smaller cars as the way to be faster and win more. The Alpine A110 was developed by a small team supported by Renault and would go on to win the Monte Carlo Rally twice and the very first season of the WRC proving to the world that light, well-handling cars were the formula for success.
