1. Express Yourself: Finding a way to express yourself is a great way to tap into the energy of the throat chakra. Singing or even just humming can open the energies and help you too connect with your unique self expression.
2. Stretch Your Neck: Stretching your neck will help to loosen up any stagnant energies that have built up in the throat chakra, helping to move out the old and make room for new, free-flowing energy.
